Poor communication
When Jamie was at Pembrokeshire properties the service we received was 5 star. Communication was fantastic.. However from when Jamie left we did not receive good communication at all, it was very one sided. We had to constantly chase for information on the sale, the process and handing over the keys. We were promised calls and never received them. If in the future we decide to sell again, we wouldn’t choose Pembrokeshire properties nor would we recommend them to anyone.

Would just like to thank Jamie at Pembrokeshire Properties for his amazing service throughout the whole buying/selling experience we had with him. We first viewed a house Jamie was selling, fell in love but had to act fast as there was 2 other buyers and we had to sell our home which wasn’t on the market yet. Jamie assured us he would sell ours quickly, within 18 hours our property was on the market and the following day we had 12 viewings and agreed a sale. Out of the blue, nearing completion our buyer pulled out and we where devastated. I have rated Pembrokeshire Properties 5 stars as from start to finish their service was second to none. Jamie is such a well presented easy to talk to professional, he had great product knowledge of the property we viewed which helped us make a quick decision to buy. Jamie never failed to answer or swiftly return our calls – superb communication skills not only with us but he was constantly in touch with our solicitor and financial adviser. He had a great rapport with the vendors as well as us which made the whole process happen quickly and smoothly. I really dont know why anyone would use any other local estate agent having dealt with Pembrokeshire Properties, they are in a league of their own – when the time came for the hand over Jamie took time out of his busy day to meet us at the property to present us with a super hamper….the icing on the cake!!

Jamie has been polite, effective and engaged throughout our purchase. Despite numerous issues elsewhere in the chain, his kept in constant communication and engaged well with our solicitor. Jamie was accommodating with regards to viewings and queries on the property, and smoothed a tricky process for us. we’re not planning on moving now we have our dream home, but if we never need to, Pembrokeshire Properties would be our first call.
